    • Hi Lee, We enjoyed your house very much, even the beach walks with the cold temperatures early in our stay. The beach walks were great and the area very friendly. Hope to repeat the visit next season.

    • We have had a wonderful stay despite the colder conditions. The house couldn't have been any closer to the beach and we loved hearing the waves each night. What a great way to go to sleep at night. The kitchen had everything one could need. The grill and outdoor patio were perfect for the days the weather permitted. Privacy out back was also amazing. There was plenty of space between the bedrooms, living room and great room for when we had guests (the second bathroom was such a bonus!). I would recommend your home to anyone interested in a relaxing, clean and modern place to stay. Thank you.

    • We found Paradise! We spent three glorious days at your house that seemed like a whole month. Everything was perfect! We loved the location, the walking distance to the beach, the grill in the backyard, THE SHOWER OUTSIDE! (that was just perfect). Thank you so much for renting your house to us, we will be back for sure!

    • We so enjoyed our stay in this charming home. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen and baths are new and modern. The house is easy to live in and has proximity to The Jungle Trail,Disney, an enviromental center for wildlife viewing, and OH--That Beach!-- just a couple hundred feet from the house so you can jump out of bed and catch the sunrise over the ocean. Everything was just wonderful--I would recommend this home to anyone. We had a marvelous time and the owner was pleasant and helpful.

    • We got back from a wonderful stay at Lee’s SummerPlace Home a week ago after a month of pure enjoyment. We stayed through Christmas and absolutely loved it… the neighborhood is”Old Florida” with sand roads, and the beach is exactly a 27 second walk on the sand covered road. Lees home is 2 bedroom, with 2 full baths and an outdoor shower (private) that is perfect for the 70/80 degree weather. We have a 4 and 2 year old, and the house was certainly big enough for us 4. Master BR has a great King Size Bed…. Leave the windows open and listen to the waves all night. The home was remodeled last year so all the appliances are brand new. The kitchen/bar/great room is the focal point, perfect for cooking, cocktails and hanging out. Yes, there is not a grill, and that would be a plus for Lees home, but the new glass top stove, granite counters, new fridge, etc. more than made up for it. The home is not lacking for anything and I think the price is right. The Pay Pal deposits were a breeze, and Lee sent us our refund in less than 5 days after we left (I’ve dealt with Realty Companies where deposits take a month or more. Pay Pal security is top notch, encrypted, etc…. no worries. Most importantly, you will love the entire neighborhood! People of all ages, musicians, artists, millionaires and regular working people… that was my favorite part…. I felt at home! We are planning to rent Lees home again in June, hopefully for a month if I can swing the “Work Thing.” Warning….. “You May Never Leave!!!” This neighborhood is an absolute secret, so If you go, never tell your friends!!

    • 7/11 Hello Lee...Life is go0d here! The weather has been amazing, a bit hot mid-day, but the water is cool and a swell has kept us on the boogie boards. I met your cousin Bob, he seems like a great guy and is very fond of you. Their house is magnificent. I plan to take a tour this weekend when he and Lorraine(?) are there. Your house is great too. The garage door is challenging, a little dented, but we're managing just fine with it. The water dispenser in the fridge must not be hooked up but not a necessity just fyi. The furnishings are comfortable and well appointed. I love having a vacant garage since ours at home belongs to Juan not me - ha, ha! We did not bring the boat, maybe later this month, we'll see. We've had more than a couple of turtle sightings, and there are oodles of nests. Manatee and dolphin were swimming out from our beach paradise yesterday too. Life is good. Fondly, Bets 7/27 Hi Lee! Still having an amazing time here. Another turtle sighting night before last, nothing last night though. Raining here today which is a nice change of pace. Sitting in the garage watching the rain, listening to the thunder and contemplating next summer. We would be very interested in renting again for 2, maybe three months - the end of May-middle August next summer - give this some thought - $$$. Hate to make you jealous, but this is paradise. Fondly, Bets
